摘要: 应用裂解-高分辨气相色谱-模式识别技术对五个不同地区的55个贝母类样品进行了分类研究, 从裂解-高分辨气相色谱图中选取了19个特征峰作为分类指标, 应用主成分分析法和SIMCA法进行了分类识别, 有效地区分了贝母类样品的来源。本法操作简易、快速, 无需化学预处理, 所得结果可靠, 是中药分类分析的一种有效技术。

Abstract: The combination of pyrolysis high resolution gas chromatography and pat- tern recognition techniques is a powerful tool for the classification of traditional Chinese drug. A study has been completed on 55 Beimu samples of five different geographic origins: Eastern China. Central China. South-western China, North-western China and North-eastern China. Principal component analysis and SIMCA are applied to effectively classifying the samples according to the origin of the plants. The chemical information contained in the high resolution gas chromatographic data is sufficient to characterize the geographic origin of samples.
