原伊鲁烷型倍半萜醇芳香酸酯的碳谱研究

Carbon-13 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectra of Some Protoilludane Sesquiterpenoid Aromatic Esters from Armillaria mellea (Vahl.ex Fr.) Quel.

摘要: 原伊鲁烷(Protoilludane)型倍半萜芳香酸酯类化合物是近十年来自人工发酵的真菌培养的菌丝中分离得到的一类新型天然产物。作者等自蜜环菌(Armillariamellea)菌丝体中分离得到17个该类型化合物, 研究这些新化合物的化学结构, 对其全去偶碳谱、偏共振谱或INEPT 谱、13C-1H COSY 谱和远程13C-11H COSY 谱详细地进行分析研究, 指出每个化合物各碳的归属, 讨论了其碳谱的特征, 将其应用于有关化合物的结构测定。

Abstract: The carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of seventeen protoilludane sesquiterpenoid aromatic esters from the artificially cultured mycelium of Armillaria mellea (Vahl. ex Fr.) Quel.have been analysed and assigned. All the 11CNMR signals of the model compounds melleolide 5 and compounds 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 can be assigned on the basis of the multiplicity of the signals in the off-resonance decoupled spectra or INEPT spectra, 13C-1H COSY and long-range 13C-11H COSY. The assignments of the 13C NMR spectra of other protoilludane sesquiterpenoid aromatic esters were completed by comparison with the model compounds as well as the electronic effects of substituted group on the molecules. The present results indicate that 11CNMR spectroscopy provides an effective method for characterizing the protoilludane sesquiterpenoid aromatic esters.
