摘要： 鬼臼酮、4β-羟基-2,3-不饱和鬼臼脂素和4-去氧-4β-叠氮基-2,3-不饱和鬼臼脂素在不同介质中分别转变为脱氢鬼臼脂素、4-去氧脱氢鬼臼脂酸和4-去氧-4-氨基脱氢鬼臼脂素。这些化学特性提示在处理类似结构鬼臼脂素衍生物时应注意选择适当的介质。

Abstract: Podophyllotoxone, 4β-hydroxy-2,3-en-apopicropodophyllin, and 4-deoxy-4β-azado-2,3-en-apopicropodophyllin can easily transform to 4-hydroxy-dehydropicropodophyllin, dehydroanhydropicropodophllyin and 4-amino-dehydropicropodophyllin respectively in different conditions. These properties remind us to be careful in handling related compounds in similar conditions.
