摘要： The chemistry of nucleosides and oligonucleotides is an actively investigated field in the search for new drugs. The syntheses and the properties of isonucleosides and oligonucleotides have been investigated to improve their stability, antitumor and antiviral activities, and to reduce their toxicity.
