摘要: 本文报道了一种简便、快速的填充毛细管电色谱柱制备技术, 合成了SE-30 涂覆ODS的新型填料。发现这种填料既可以适合做填充毛细管电色谱柱的柱塞, 又可以作为一种固定相。考察了极性与非极性化合物在这种固定相上的色谱行为。固定相非常稳定, pH 值为11.7 的碱性流动相条件下可连续进样380次。

Abstract: A new type of stationary phase for capillary electrochromatography (CEC), immobilized SE-30 coated silica gel, was developed and the columns packed with this new phase were prepared and evaluated. It was found that this phase could be used to make frits for the micro-columns as well as to pack the bulk of the column. By sticking together the particles in the whole of the column bed, this new packing resulted in columns with stable performance, even under rigorous conditions: more than 380 consecutive separations were effected with these columns with the mobile phase pH of 11.7.
