蔓生百部中新生物碱的结构

A New Alkaloid from Root of Stemona japonica Miq

摘要: 从国产蔓生百部(Stemona japonica Miq.)的根部分得三种微量百部生物碱成份, 经波谱分析, 确定为脱氢百部碱(didehydrostemonine 1), 百部碱(stemonine 2), 脱氢原百部碱(didehydroprotostemonine 3)。其中脱氢百部碱为一新生物碱并首次归属了百部碱的波谱数据。

Abstract: From the roots of Stemona japonica Miq., three stemona alkaloids, didehydrostemonine 1, ste-monine 2 and didehydroprotostemonine 3, were isolated by means of extensive Sil gel chromatographic separation. Their structures were identified by spectral analyses (IR, MS, 1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, NOESY, HMQC, HMBC) as well as 1H NMR line broadening effect. Compound 1 was a new stemona alkaloid, and 3 was a didehydroazaazu-lene alkaloid occurring in S. tuberosa, discovered in the roots of S. japonica firstly.
