摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室贾彦兴教授团队在J. Am. Chem. Soc.上发表题为“Total Synthesis of Acoapetaludine A Enabled by a Rhodium-Catalyzed Domino Cyclization”(通过铑催化多米诺环化反应实现acoapetaludine A的全合成)的研究成果。研究团队开发了一种高效的铑催化不对称多米诺环化反应, 能够快速构建高张力桥连三环[6.2.1.01,6]骨架单元, 结合脱保护基/逆aldol/分子内Mannich串联反应、非对映选择性分子内Diels−Alder环加成反应、铑催化环丙烷化和酸促环丙烷开环反应, 以简洁高效的方式完成了homonapelline型C20-二萜生物碱acoapetaludine A的首次全合成。
