摘要: 2025年7月30日, 北京大学邓宏魁课题组与药学院分子与细胞药理学系关景洋课题组合作, 在国际学术期刊Cell Stem Cell上发表了题为“Chemical Reprogramming of Human Blood Cells to Pluripotent Stem Cells”的最新研究成果。该研究首次实现了利用化学方法将人血液细胞诱导为多能干细胞, 克服了化学诱导多能干细胞制备中起始细胞来源的关键瓶颈, 将进一步推动化学诱导多能干细胞技术的可及性。

Abstract:

The research teams of Prof. Jingyang Guan and Prof. Hongkui Deng have achieved new results in the field of chemical reprogramming: chemical reprogramming human blood cells to pluripotent stem cells for the first time.
