摘要:

近日, 北京大学药学院天然药物及仿生药物全国重点实验室谢海燕教授团队在Advanced Science杂志发表了题为“Bacterial Foreignization Nanosystem Elicits Multi‐Phenotypic T Cells for Antitumor Immunity”的研究论文。该研究开发了一种基于细菌外膜囊泡(OMVs)的高效多能肿瘤异源化系统, 通过OMVs实现对肿瘤细胞的异源化改造, 增强机体对肿瘤的固有免疫应答, 诱导产生多表型T细胞, 促进和协同适应性抗肿瘤免疫反应。
