Abstract

Abstract: ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra for mosapride were assigned by 1D and 2D NMR techniques (gCOSY, gNOESY, gHMQC, gHMBC). The molecular modeling result was used to prove the predominant conformations of the morpholine ring that the authors predicted.
