Dr. Fan graduated from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shandong Medical University in July 1993 with the Bachelor degree. She obtained her PhD degree at School of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ocean University of China. She is the director of Pharmacy Department and the person in charge of the Pharmaceutical Research Center in Qingdao First Sanatorium of PLA Navy from Dec.2009. She became a chief pharmacist in 2013. Over these years, she has specialized in the novel drug from research and ocean polysaccharides drugs discovery and development.
